When Competitors Couldn’t Get the Job Done, They Went to Bat for Us
“Last year, our home was subject to the fires. Our block backs up to Foothill park and was on the news. As a result, we had horrible smoke damage. Service Master was sent out by our insurance company. They did come out promptly, but were only here with a crew of 8, from 9-4, for one day. After they left, our home still smelled like smoke, we could still see soot, etc… we were not pleased. We had one heck of a time getting an accurate job description of what cleaning Service Master had performed.
After seeing our neighbors have Redwood Restoration company come out and spend 4-5 days from 9am-4pm, cleaning their homes, and rave about their service, we questioned our service from Service Master even further, with no luck!
I then contacted Redwood Restoration. Kurt from Redwood Restoration called me immediately, and met with me. I explained the situation and he tested my home right then and found that our home needed cleaning, we could smell it! Kurt went to bat for us with our insurance company and we got approval for Redwood Restoration to clean our home. They were here 5 days from 9am to 3:30pm, and did a spectacular job! I highly recommend them!!!!!”

“We found ourselves victims of the storm in Northern CA a couple days ago when our basement started flooding. All of a sudden we had water gushing in at a rate we could barely keep up with. We just bought new living room furniture (our basement is our living room) and were desperately trying to keep the water at bay.
One of our close friends knows Kurt from way back and gave him a call to see if he could come help us. Within 20 minutes he was at our front door with his equipment and had it set up quickly. I almost cried tears of joy! He knew exactly what to do and has since made another visit to help air our the carpets a bit more as well as the steps which have wood underneath the carpets. From Water Damage to Peace of Mind
“I bought a house and found some evidence of minor water damage while renovating a room so I had it tested for mold. That came back clean but there was moisture in the walls that should not have been there in the middle of a summer heatwave.
Redwood Restoration was the second mold contractor I scheduled for a consult. Zac was incredibly helpful. He read the report from Air Environmental before his visit and rechecked all of the spots that had tested positive for moisture. He checked the wall section I had opened to investigate and found wetness from the recent rains. He clearly explained how mold grows, what kills it and what does not, and exactly how Redwood Restoration would mitigate the problem while giving me a rough quote. He then checked all potential sources of water intrusion in the whole house with me and sent me two quotes: one for the room and one to address an issue in the basement to prevent mold from growing. He spent over an hour there and gave me a number of tips to doing unrelated projects on the house.
I found Zac passionate for what he does and honest. I’m glad I called Redwood Restoration.”

“I would give them 10 stars if I could! I had just moved to Ukiah from NJ and my home flooded from the the water heater failing. Kurt, an owner with Redwood Restoration was absolutely amazing, calling me immediately and showing up within hours (way into the evening) to assess the damage and schedule the water cleanup the following morning. He explained everything, was fabulous with my insurance company and helped with contacting companies needed ASAP to avoid mold. It was an upsetting time and he reassured me that his company would be there throughout the process! So incredibly kind!!! He returned every text within minutes. His crew was wonderful, careful and showed me videos of what I could not see in my homes crawlspace so that I understood what they were repairing. When Kurt wrapped up, I felt absolutely confident that my home was ready to be rebuilt. This is my seventh home and Redwood Restoration is by far the absolute best crew I have ever worked with.
