About Redwood Restoration: What We Do, What We Stand For
Founded in October 2015, Redwood Restoration Inc. specializes in Fire Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, and many other specialty clean-up / demolition services throughout Mendocino, Lake and Sonoma Counties.
We are a young, passionate group of people who care deeply for our community and our customers. We believe in supporting local businesses, staying involved in the community and helping keep our local communities thriving.
What You Can Expect from Us
We are a customer–friendly, compassionate company. We care about every client and understand that what they go through can be a very difficult and stressful situation.
We are helpful. Most of our clients have just undergone a challenging, disrupting process, and we are here to help at all stages. Whether it’s providing advice about how to proceed after a disaster or offering assistance working with your insurance company, let us help.
We are local. Unlike some of our corporate competitors, ours is a small family–oriented team. When you allow us to help you, you are supporting local business, and you can count on us really caring about you—because you are our neighbors!
We work hard. We’re an energetic, flexible, and open-minded team. We do whatever it takes to get the job done, and this often involves messy, even dangerous work—sometimes late at night.
We respond quickly. We know how important it is to take action quickly in emergencies, whether it’s water damage, fires, mold situations, storm damage, etc. Think of us as your “rapid response” team when you need someone there now.
How we Help you Manage the Insurance Process
One of our service specialties is helping you with insurance. It may be included with every other service we offer. We never make you pay upfront. Since we bill all insurance companies, we can often do the work with no out–of–pocket expense whatsoever.
Here are some of the ways we help with insurance:
- Walk through the insurance process with you.
- Work closely with insurance companies, including the agents and adjusters they send to your property.
- Make sure the adjuster notices everything, and that everything is documented.
- Provide invoices, photos and other documentation you may need to file and support your claim.
